Tally Greenway was an awesome sales person! He didn't push and lead my Wife and I to a purchase.There was several customers in front of us, and with only One finance person we waited quite a while. Tally made the wait bearable.

Although since resolved, there was a significant breakdown in communication between advisor and myself resulting in me leaving my auto at the service center for an entire day. From what I understand, if an issue was found on my vehicle there wasn't a qualified tech to make the repair. I should have been offered a new appt when the qualified tech was on duty. Apologies were made but it still resulted in a huge inconvenience on my part.
