How Does the Promise Work?
If you become a member of the Herb Easley Promise, you get a variety of lifetime vehicle benefits provided by our skilled auto technicians. We offer two levels of membership - gold and platinum - both of which come with their own range of perks. From roadside assistance to windshield repairs, Herb Easley Promise members can enjoy driving off in their new Volkswagen all the more because they have the peace of mind that comes with having comprehensive repair and maintenance coverage.
As a Promise member, you can also collect points for the dollars you spend on servicing your vehicle at our Volkswagen dealership. You can gain points in other ways as well, such as referring a customer, liking us on Facebook, or trading in your vehicle. Once you've built up your points balance, you can use it to get discounts on new vehicle purchases and car servicing at Herb Easley Volkswagen.

What Does the Gold Program Include?
Whether you've chosen a compact Jetta, a Passat, or one of our VW SUVs, you'll enjoy a slew of benefits as part of our gold program. These include a lifetime power train warranty, lifetime multi-point inspections for your vehicle, and $10 oil changes for life.*
Our gold members also get 24-hour roadside assistance for one year, a pre-vacation vehicle checkup for three years, and a local shuttle service for three years. We'll also give you lifetime Texas state inspection stickers and lifetime car washes during service visits.
Gold members enjoy one year of windshield repair coverage, one year of paintless dent and ding coverage, and one year of road hazard tire and wheel coverage. Finally, we'll give you three years of free body shop estimates.
How Do You Collect Points in the Gold Program?
Gold members collect 10 points for every dollar they spend on a service with us. They also gain 5,000 points for a customer referral purchase, 5,000 points for a trade-in, and 10,000 points for military service. If you complete our online survey, we'll give you an additional 500 points, and you get 250 points for your birthday and 250 points for liking our page on Facebook.
What Does the Platinum Program Include?
Like our gold members, platinum members can take advantage of a lifetime power train warranty, lifetime multi-point vehicle inspections, and lifetime $10 oil changes. You'll also get pre-vacation vehicle checkups for three years, lifetime Texas state inspection stickers, and lifetime car washes during service visits. Our three years of body shop estimates and local shuttle service are also available.
Platinum members enjoy longer coverage than gold members do for various repairs. We provide our platinum members with three years of windshield repair coverage, three years of road hazard tire and wheel coverage, and three years of paintless dent and ding coverage. Additionally, you'll get three years of 24-hour roadside assistance, key replacements, and tire and wheel cosmetic coverage.
How Do You Collect Points in the Platinum Program?
One of the advantages of the platinum program is you can collect even more points, helping you to secure bigger discounts in the years to come. Platinum members get 10,000 points for a customer referral purchase, 10,000 points for a future trade-in, and 20,000 points for military service. They also get 10 points for every dollar spent on an Herb Easley vehicle service.
We'll also give you a 5,000-point welcome bonus for signing up for the platinum program. That equates to savings of $25 on your next car service bill.
As a platinum member, you can also get 1,000 points for filling out our online survey, 500 points for your birthday, and 500 points for liking our page on Facebook.

In addition to our service discounts, you can put your points toward your next vehicle purchase. If you choose to do this, we'll double your discount, which means you can get a maximum discount of $500.
