It took five phone calls to resolve an issue. I called dealership and left a v/m with VW advisor. I didn't hear back and called the main number and the abrupt lady could have told me that he (also the Service Manager) was out of the office for several days. I asked for the Service Manager and she didn't inform me that the VW advisor and SM are one in the same person. She sent me to four random v/m boxes, I left messages and never heard back. I called again, this time for the GM of HE and again, left a v/m yet the now rude lady could have mentioned that the GM was out of the office. A simple request turned into a 9 day customer nightmare. The GM called me right away when he got back in the office and was extremely apologetic and sympathetic to my concerns. He stated that he couldn't imagine why rude lady would send me to four random phone or, in one case, picked up my call without answering and I ended up with another v/m (Keith?) who never called me back. She's not a great ambassador for the dealership. I rated three stars due to a HUGE lack of communication within the dealership if ladies who answer phones don't know that key staff are away. Option two, Service Manager spend the time to change V/M when out of town directing us to ONE person for issues.
