I chose this rating for a few reasons. First, when I got home, my husband noticed that both my coolant and oil were on the low side. He made mentions of the coolant in the online appt. comment area and verbally to the advisor. He was promised that they were checked and filled, yet it is clear that they weren’t. A 10000 mile service was completed, upon which the Oil was changed, yet it was at the low end of the dip stick. This is not the first poor experience here and I have reached out to VOA before regarding this dealership.

Overall the staff is very friendly and professional. However, I made an appointment at 7:45am for an oil change and did not receive my vehicle back until 10am. Highly disappointed at the rate which it takes to do an oil change, especially being first in line and at that time of morning.
