    The Service consultant helping me was very courteous and helpful. I had an oil leak and did not know how serious it was. He indicated that the service folks said that the oil filter was leaking. A new filter was installed, oil topped off, and I was not charged anything for it. I was pleasantly surprised and thankful for HE's customer care.

    The service people were excellent. I would've preferred if they had been able to fix the issue, but they did the best they could.

    I had a positive experience working with John, the salesman. He was knowledgeable, respectful, and guided us through the entire process with professionalism. However, I was disappointed with the quality of the paint and interior protection service. It appeared to be completed with minimal attention to detail, which did not meet the same standard of care we received during the sales process.
