Unfortunately, I cannot give no stars. Despite being a VW dealership, your department did not have any wheel lock keys, thus I had to go to Ebay to get a replacement. Therefore, my experience has confirmed the bias that the public has of dealerships, that they are all about making money and not taking care of the customer.
