    We fully believe the issue was found after the warranty expired. Kind of convenient to find what’s wrong when our money is on the line. Hopefully what we paid 1000s for actually fixed the problem.

    Christopher's customer service is excellent. The reason I gave three stars vs the five is that I had to wait three weeks before I heard back from Christopher as Colby was not monitoring his v/m. I left three messages, one each week, for Colby regarding a part that was ordered. Christopher called me on the 4th week and he did apologize for the delay in getting back to me but perhaps this review will serve as a reminder to all the service technicians/manager to do a better job of connecting with their customers

    Didn’t reset my car.. shows that I still have low oil, low washer fluid, they rotated my tires and now my sensors are not picking up on air pressure.

    The salesman and sales manager were very good to work with. The Finance manager excited to get kickbacks was less than honorable and less than trustworthy. I Am very unhappy about this experience, given in less than 300 miles there was a check engine light on in the car. But given my experience with the finance manager the likelihood of me buying another cat is extremely low.
